For making different sizes of pellets in one production, you can choose ring dies which contain upper and lower dies with different hole sizes. In order to improve working parts’ service life, you can choose upper and lower dies with the same hole size. Rollers move while ring die remains stable during working condition, rollers compress mixed raw materials into die holes to form into pencil-like extrusions which are then cut by knives into desired length.
